About

Built for the messy middle of group consolidation

Future APIQ exists for finance leads who must present a coherent consolidation package when subsidiaries still speak different ledger languages.

Bright office interior where clients meet for engagement planning

Origin

We started in Nei-hu after years spent inside group close calendars—watching auditors wait on intercompany plugs and controllers rebuild elimination journals from scratch each December. Future APIQ was formed to take that preparation work seriously as its own craft, not as an afterthought to bookkeeping.

Our practice stays deliberately narrow: multi-entity consolidation audit preparation and the adjacent reconciliations that make eliminations trustworthy. We do not sell software, and we do not sign audit opinions. We prepare management’s package so the appointed auditor can begin substantive work sooner.

How we work with clients

We begin with your entity list and audit month, not a generic questionnaire. Document intake is scheduled against your close calendar. Draft packages go through at least one review meeting with your finance lead before auditor handoff. When something cannot be matched, we document the residual rather than hide it in a plug.

Values that show up in the binder

  • Traceability: every elimination references source balances
  • Candour: unexplained differences are flagged early
  • Respect for the appointed auditor’s role
  • Local presence: Taipei Nei-hu office with on-site days across Greater Taipei
