Data we collect
From website forms: name, email, engagement interest, approximate entity count, target audit month, and message content. From clients during engagements: business contact details and documents you supply for consolidation work. From technical logs: IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to estimate requests, perform contracted engagements, improve site usability (if analytics are accepted), and meet legal record-keeping duties applicable in Taiwan.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement files are retained for at least seven years or longer where professional or legal obligations require. Analytics data, when collected, is retained in aggregate form for up to 26 months.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example, email infrastructure), we take contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the transfer and the nature of the data.
