How we price consolidation preparation
Most work is quoted after we see your entity count, chart-of-accounts diversity, and how close you are to auditor fieldwork. The ranges below are starting points in New Taiwan dollars, not fixed menus.

Specialist day rate. When you need targeted on-site support outside a packaged engagement—for example, sitting with two bookkeepers to clear a stuck intercompany pair—we bill from NT$22,000 per specialist day in Greater Taipei.
What moves an estimate up or down
- Number of entities and whether ownership changed mid-year
- How many charts of accounts must be mapped to the group chart
- Foreign-currency subsidiaries and minority interest calculations
- Quality of prior-year consolidation papers
- Whether auditor handoff meetings are included
- Travel outside Greater Taipei
Deposits and billing
Engagements typically require a 40% deposit on signed scope, with the balance due on delivery of the agreed package. Readiness assessments are billed 50% on kick-off and 50% on report delivery. Exact terms appear in your engagement letter.
