Terms of use & engagement
Last updated: 29 July 2026. These terms govern access to futureapiq.digital and, where an engagement letter is signed, the professional services described therein.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. Requesting an estimate does not create a client relationship. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter that sets scope, fees, and timetable for multi-entity consolidation audit preparation or related work.
Services described on this site
Descriptions of engagements, fees, and timelines are informational. Actual scope is defined in the engagement letter. Future APIQ prepares management consolidation packages and related schedules; we do not issue audit opinions or replace your appointed statutory auditor.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and original templates created by Future APIQ remain our property unless an engagement letter assigns specific workpapers to the client. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the consolidation package and schedules produced for their engagement, excluding our underlying methodology materials.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false contact information. Automated scraping beyond ordinary search indexing is prohibited.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Future APIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter, typically to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless an engagement letter specifies otherwise for that engagement.
